Jennifer Becker

I help teams design with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led UX and accessibility efforts across enterprise
platforms, government systems, and consumer tools. Today, I lead a global
UX team focused on research, design systems, content strategy, and embedding
accessibility into every layer of product development.

Even through change — including a recent team downsize — we’ve continued
to deliver big:

  • A full product redesign

  • A reimagined design system

  • Accessibility built into every sprint, spec, and prototype

I’m passionate about mentoring designers, partnering with engineers, and helping cross-functional teams level up their accessibility practices — through training, coaching, or rolling up my sleeves to solve real problems together.

If you're into inclusive design, navigating complex UX challenges, or just want to talk systems thinking and accessibility culture, let’s connect.

Let’s build better — together.

Inclusive Design is not a feature. It's a foundation.
Let’s build better — together.
